Obiora heads the Consulting Department of SIAO. He has expertise in Business Process Reengineering, SAGE Pastel/Peachtree, Power Enterprise, JDE (Oracle), SAP (Financial Accounting) software systems, Pinpoint document management system, and is a certified Risk Manager, tap root incident investigator and ISO 9001:2008 Internal Auditor. He has been with the firm for over three years and is a Project Coordinator whose career has spanned business continuity management planning, development, regulatory, systems, processes and commercial reviews, strategy and project management in the oil and gas, entertainment, consulting, power, telecommunications, shipping and logistics, insurance, banking, airline and ground handling, real estate and medical sectors. Obiora is well versed in diverse areas and has been instrumental in the actualization of Credit Awareness, Credit Scan and other new business development of SIAO.
(B.Pharm. MBA, MCIPM, MNIM, SCHRMCP) – Head, Human Resource Consulting & Corporate Development
Nneka heads the Human Resource Consulting and Corporate Development departments of SIAO.
She oversees the various units of the Human Resource departments providing services such as Recruitment and Selection, Learning and Development, organizational development, payroll processing and management among others.
She is also the Project Manager of Credit Awareness, the not-for-profit organization set up by SIAO to promote financial literacy and inclusion in Nigeria.
Nneka holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree and an MBA, both from the University of Lagos. She is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (MCIPM) and Member, Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM). She is also a Certified Professional of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), USA.
She brings to bear in her function as the Head, Human Resource Consulting and Corporate Development of SIAO, 20 years professional career experience which ranges from the pharmaceutical industry, banking sector, real estate and human resources.
Nneka is a passionate public speaker and facilitator, a skill which she groomed further by joining the Toastmasters International.
She facilitates in various learning and development courses and anchors the corporate events of the Firm.
(CIPM, CIPD,MCIPM,MNITAD) – Manager
Adegbulu Flora holds B.sc Sociology from ABU (1995) and MBA Human Resource Management 2005 from the Lagos State University. An alumni of the Lagos Business School (SMP 31).
She started her career at the Nigeria Bag Manufacturing Company Ltd (BAGCO) now Nigeria Bag Manufacturing Plc in 1997 as a management trainee and rose to the position of Assistant Manager in 2006.
She joined SIAO in January 2009 and presently the Head, Human Resources.
Flora is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (MCIPM), Member, Nigeria Institute of Training and Development (MNITAD), Affiliate Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPD) UK
She is skilled in talent acquisition, special ability to negotiate terms and a proven professional with extensive interest and experience of managing people for over twenty years.
(ICAN, ICEN) – Manager
Ajibola is a graduate of Economics (First Class Hons.) and an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigerian (ICAN), the Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria (ICEN) and the Nigerian Institute of Management.
He provides solutions to clients’ tax issues as they arise. He also assist clients’ in industrial wide tax planning and management in line with best practices, taking cognizance of relevant provisions of the Nigerian and international tax laws & regulations.
He started core accounting practice in 2011 by joining Olufemi Jaiyesimi & Co. (Chartered Accountants), then to Tele Ogunjobi & Co. (Chartered Accountants) in 2012 where he rose to the position of a supervisor (Audit/Tax services) before leaving in 2016 to Grant Thornton (Nigeria), one of the leading accounting firm across the globe. He is presently a Manager, Tax & Regulatory.
His experience spans manufacturing, telecommunications, health, insurance, financial services, agriculture, aviation, oil and gas, education and the service cutting across both the private and the public sectors.
